Once SmartGlass is installed, you need to enable SmartGlass support on your Xbox. On your Xbox, go to “Console Settings,” “Connected Devices” then select to activate SmartGlass support.
Once SmartGlass support has been enabled, you just need to launch the SmartGlass app then log in to your Microsoft Xbox or Live account. After this, you may now ditch your joypad and use your mobile device to view and interact with SmartGlass-friendly games, applications, music, and video.
