Sophos Versus McAfee which is best?
I am in a confusion on which of these 2 are best as I need to decide a corporate package for my company.
I need this visualized in a Corporate 300+ client license level, not for home use.

Sophos as I have found out, is mainly efficient for home users. Though there is a business level in it, it is mainly for home editions.
McAfee on the other hand, is a big name in the Antivirus world. It's virus scan can protect you against all viruses, even the ones that are new and not known by you. It's features, I believe will suit your needs because it has a continuous policy enforced for multiple files, directories and volumes including on remote computers connected through a network.Â
It also protects your Macintosh system against all threats and this includes, even those emerging Malware. It uses the Mac 0SX interface which has an inbuilt threats detection, to ensure security of your files. It also scans files as they are accessed to detect if there are infested with Malware.
This I believe is the suitable one for corporate use, due to its features.
Though both Antivirus are good and ideal for a company of this size, Sophos 9.0 has outweighed McAfee 8.7i from the many findings that have been done.

These two Anti-viruses are really good when it comes to your PC’s protection. But it always depends on the attacks of malware and viruses on your computer. Since it is for major usage for your company, I suggest Sophos. Why?
Because Sophos wins over McAfee, when it comes to performance, technical support and data protection.
The performance of Sophos avoiding the impact of the user, is faster than McAfee or can manage low memory situations. The McAfee did not catch the test, so far during the treatment of the booting to the startup process. The technical support helps to receive critical treatment.
