IÂ use a modem for internet connection,the name of my modem is HAME which is made by China but it is not connected my computer but it is connected another pc. the name of my laptop is HP pavilion g4.

I recommend you to use original modem for made in China modem is not reliable. That could be the reason why it is not working for your PC's.
Please choose modem which are reliable. You can use Google to search for original modem. This will avoid you to get such error.
Another thing is that make sure it is really connected into your computer. Sometimes. modem won't really work if it is not properly plug in to your computer or laptop.

The problem is simply caused by the fact that your computer is not connected to the modem. Assuming the modem only has one Ethernet port and it is connected to another computer, then obviously there would be no other device that can make use of the modem’s internet since it is connected to the modem.
If you’d like to have the internet connection shared by your devices, you can get a wireless router. It can accommodate additional Ethernet devices as well as provide a wireless connection to wireless local area network capable devices. Just have the router configured and have it connected to the modem to get the internet connection and you’re set.
