Hi, the F28 error code on the respective model specifies a communication error in the motor control unit and computer circuit unit due to which the washer stop its cycle of rotations.

To get rid of the problem, just perform the following steps.

• Click on the stop button twice, which is available below the start button. It will stop the current rotation.
• Now, Click on the Rinse/Drain button to channelize the washer and rotate any remaining water out of the clothes.
• Then, drag the washer and close it to reset. Now pull the detergent dispenser drawer and mix the respective content of “HE laundry detergent” and close the drawer.
• Click on the start button.
