This ‘cscomp dll is missing from your computer’ can be occurring because you might have deleted some csomp.dll file from your system. But this message can also be occurring due to some virus present on your computer. So, the first step is to perform a hardware scan to check whether any virus or malware is present on your PC. If any, delete it immediately. If none, then you should check that if any application is causing this error. To check that which application is causing it, check it in clean boot. If this is also not solving your problem, then you have to download cscomp.dll for your windows.

That missing DLL file could be from one of your startup applications. One way to fix it is to locate the program in fault. Download the free version of CCleaner and install. Once installed, start CCleaner then go to “Tools” on the left pane and select “Startup” on the right. Under “Windows” tab, select the first item on the list then click “Disable”.

Close CCleaner then restart the computer. If the error still appears, go back and run CCleaner again then disable the next item on the list. Re-enable the previous item before closing CCleaner then restart the computer. Keep doing this until the error disappears. Once the error stops appearing, go back and run CCleaner then check the name of the application you disabled.

After this, download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install. Once installed, start Revo then select the program you disabled among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click to restart later. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds.

This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, close Revo then restart the computer. After booting, install the program back or install the latest version. This should fix the missing DLL file.
