I'm trying to install snapper screen casting software in my Mac Book Pro but the installation failed. What troubleshooting steps can i perform? Please help.

Hi Pam,

Most probably the USB that you are using to install the Snapper software on your Mac Book Pro is not compatible for it. Please check the USB and ensure that you use the one that is suitable an as per your machine requirements. Once you have confirmed the same try to install the software once again.
