Guys I need help on how to properly share a dial up broadband.

I have tried ICS but still the other computer cannot connect to the internet. I have tried the Windows network troubleshooter but still no luck. I am using a cross over cable and a e1552 Huawei broadband and I have 2 computers already configured, as a simple network but the other computer cannot browse.

As you have connected the other PC's and if they are working properly, then the problem is not at your configuration side.

The problem must be from your Ethernet Card (LAN Card). Kindly check the connector (That might be Rj-45) if all the wires in the connector are properly attached. If not, go for a new connector.

Going through Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) provided you with so much hassle.

I would suggest better try using a router instead. Using this devices is so simple, hassle free and your network has protection. Weighing the disadvantages and advantages of using ICS, disadvantages are many.

But if you would decide to proceed to ICS Please follow this link.

This link will provide you with the step by step procedure on how to properly configure ICS on the host and client computers.

Might be that when you setup your computers with ICS from the beginning there are things you missed.
