Setting outlook express print rules

Hi friends,

I am using Microsoft outlook express to manage my mail but I want to be able to print incoming mail automatically by changing outlook express print rules. I understand that this is possible by editing the rules and alerts available in the tools menu. What I require is the proper procedure on how to do this properly so that incoming mail is printed properly.

If anyone can help me on this problem please reply to this post.

Hi Beatricegvavra,
I have read your concern about Microsoft Outlook.  Printing an individual message is quite easy in MS Outlook. If you want to automate the process and have Outlook print incoming emails automatically just follow this easy steps. Make MS Outlook print emails automatically
Choose Tools then 
Rules and Alerts from the Outlook menu
Click New Rule
Highlight Check messages when they arrive
Click Next 
Choose a criterion if you want to print only certain messages and make sure you fill in the variables
Edit the rule description.
Click Next 
If you choose no filtering criteria, choose Yes.
Check print it
Click Finish.
Now click OK
