there are many kinds of issues are causes for the problem such as network or internet connection problem, network e-mail server problem, incorrect program configuration, spam filter, program corruption etc. At fast you make sure that your computer is connected with local network of internet. You can see that your e-mail server is not encountering issues by your internet service provider or your net work administrator. If your not configured your E-mail program correctly you can correct it. Do you use different network connection? If so while attempt to send e-mail, verify the ISP or network administrator, which a SMTP is not in place. Thank you.

Email problems can be associated with different things. The problem can sometimes be associated with your present internet connection that prevents the procedure from going through. And there are times the configuration goes hay wire and kind of messed up. So to make sure that the settings of your email is intact, check its configuration again. Make sure that your incoming and outgoing email server is set to POP3, this is usually the selected type. And don’t forget to check if the right port number is entered together with your username and password.

You may also check if your antivirus is not blocking your email from going outside. Antivirus software sometimes prevents a user from sending outgoing email messages if there is something not right in the content of the email. If your antivirus is doing this then it is possible that you accidentally attached an infected file in your email message that’s why the message got blocked. If you are using a webmail account like Yahoo!, Google Mail, Fastmail, and others, check the email address where your message should be sent. A non-existent email address will surely make your email message to bounce back and you will be receiving an email error that says it can’t send the message to the other party because the address does not exist or doesn’t accept incoming messages. Check the email address first if it is still active or not.
