Hello,

The cause of this error to occur is when Windows Security Agent could not find Parallels Internet Security in the list of recognized antiviral software retailer. As a result, Parallels Internet Security has been verified as malware.

Fear not. To fix this problem, please follow the steps given below:

1. Go to Start, choose Control Panel and select Security Center.

2. Under the “Malware Protections” section, search for Parallels Internet Security and click “Show me my available options”.

3. Afterwards, you will see three options displayed on the window.

a) Search online for comparable Antivirus.

b) Monitor Antivirus yourself.

c) Do not monitor Antivirus.

Please select the second choice. Go to Start Menu, select All Programs and click Parallels Internet Security to run the program.

4. Please restart your machine if you have been prompted.
