When I tried to Turn Off my PC this error appeared and after I pressed the OK button my PC didn’t turned off. I didn’t find the source of this error and also I don’t know how to solve it. Any solution for this error ? What is causing this error ?

Scripts terminates while the user is log off
I guess there is a program in your computer that, for an unknown reason, has frozen and that prevents you from logging off and shutting down the computer. Try checking on the Windows Task Manager and find what program it is. Press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC to bring up Windows Task Manager. Another way is to press CTRL + ALT + DELETE.
Select Processes tab, select the program you suspect is causing the error then click End Process. Click Yes when you are prompted by a dialog box. If you have no idea what program it is, press and hold on the power button on the CPU to force your computer to turn off. Once it is turned off, start it again after a minute or two.
After booting, restart your computer and then see if you will have that same error again. If that error appears again and is still preventing you from logging off, uninstall any application you recently installed.
