Hey guys,

Can you help me out? I want to make new sites under Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and include the computers from our latest domains. Does that mean I have to enlarge the schema again?

This will be a bit taxing for me. If you, guys, know how to get around this, please let me know.

Thanks a lot.

Yes ,this does means you need to extend the Schema,If u want  to make new sites under Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager and include the computers from your latest domain.

The extension of Active Directory schema for configuration manager 2007 can be done by running either extADSch.exe tool or by using the LDIFDE command line tool to import the contents of the ConfigMgr_ad_schema.Idf LDIF file. This tool are generally located in SMSSETUPBINi386 directory of the configuration Manager 2007 installation files.

But before doing that let me explain you some of the pre-requisites followed for them. You can do the extension only before or after the setup. Its a forest-wide action and can done one-time per forest. It can be done by the admin of the schema group and is an irreversible action. And also the Active Directory Schema must allow the updates.
