I am using Samsung series 5 notebook and trying to find the codec pack for Samsung series 5 but after installing this pack there in no change in players and games. Please send the appropriate link for codec pack and how to install this pack.

Were there any error messages while you were watching a movie or playing a game? The solution can be found in those error messages. The best way to download and install the codec packs is disabling your antivirus and firewall first before installing, then put it back on once you're done. Make sure that you are the administrator during the installation. Another thing to keep in mind is that codecs are both in 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Please make sure that you have downloaded the correct one. If you are using Windows Media Player, download the Fix it at this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2970908/how-to-use-microsoft-easy-fix-solutions. Should your Media Player not work, try to download VLC media player instead at this link: http://www.videolan.org/.
