Is there any other way of hanging up after you make a call without hitting the end button, i lost 19 euro today even do i hit the red button, i must not have hit it hard enough.

I am so sorry to hear your loss of 19 euro. Please note that this is hardware problem. And sorry to inform you that in the mobile device there is no any other way to disconnect phone call from any mobile phone. Just your info that you can receive call by pressing any button but not end call.Â

So, please go through Mobile servicing center and fix your problem within 1 hour and expand only few Euros.

You are not alone to face these issues. While making calls there are two soft keys shown on the screen One for making call and other for Ending Call. It should be visible when making call, in case it doesn't show, there is a software / firmware issue.
