I have researched a lot and found out that Galaxy S3 is only better in camera resolution and lightness. But in the present day RAM and Processor makes most of the difference. The Huawei Ascend Mate has double the RAM of S3. Plus mobile gaming is getting more popular and Huawei Ascend Mate is the best in that. So I would recommend you to buy Huawei Ascend Mate. Â
