Hello all,

Like others me too a kind of lazy. I tried to open the link in the email, just by double clicking. I do this regularly, I am used to this. Never thought of any error in this situation, not even imagined. Is the problem with the Safari? Whether I need to check the settings? Help me to resolve it.

No associated application could be found.

Hey Harold,

The reason why you are getting an error message is because Safari is not set as your default browser. You can therefore fix this problem by opening Safari and hitting command-comma so as to open “Preferences”, then set it as your default browser at the top of the dropdown, or go to your browser’s settings and change the default settings from there, as in the image below. Optionally, you can also try copying the link into your browser and see if it will go through. I hope this information helps.
