I have core 2 quad processor 8 GB Ram 512 graphic card plus etc. Resident Evil does not run after installing and the PC shows the following error. Help me to run this game.

Hallo James,
It is not possible to run the dx9 or dx10 exe from the game folder. That is why you are getting the error. You will instead need to run the "launcher" or through steam.
If you experience problems starting, you can try disabling the steam overlay by doing the following:

Right click in the game in steam and then choose properties.

After that deselect the "enable steam community in-game" option.
