I am using Windows 7 on my PC went to install windows phone PC manager for my Windows 7. Can anyone help me to find it? What are the requirements to use it?

You didn`t give me enough information on what version of the windows mobile OS you're using. If you're using the latest windows 7.5, 7.8 on your phone, then it`s easy.
You can sync your videos, pictures, load ring tones. You can also play your audio and video files on this app.
