Rendering Add-In for Revit 2012 installation problem

Hello all,

I wanted to download the Rendering Add-In for Revit 2012.

I downloaded and when I run the installer, a dialog box opens showing me the following message:

Autodesk Revit 2012 Cloud Rendering

The add-in requires that all installed copies of Revit 2012 be upgraded to Update Release
2 or later. Please make sure all Revit installations are updated to the latest release. Visit
Autodesk Cloud rendering online to download and install the latest version of this add-in.
 
                                                      OK

Has anybody else experienced the same? If yes then kindly tell me what to do next after this dialog box appears?

The problem here is that the add-in which you are trying to install only works for Revit 2012 Update 2.

You can update your pre-installed Revit from the following link:

Here you will find both Update 1 and Update 2, in case if you haven’t updated already.

Hello Dawn,
Have you checked whether you have installed the latest add-in to support it? Well, if not so then try and download the latest add-in from the source website. You can find the add-in after you log-in to their web portal: https://gallery.autodesk.com/a360rendering/projects
Click the New Rendering tab and on the right you shall see the download button.
