Hi,

I have received an error message when I installed ARD 3.0 on iMac running OS X leopard with no ARD installed previously when I opened up ARD for first I got stuck. Have I made an installation mistake somehow?

The Remote Desktop Administrator software does not match the installed Client software version.

This error probably comes from the fact that your admin and client software versions are not compatible. You have to do a software update to continue with the Remote Desktop setup. First make sure that the Remode Desktop application is in the Applications folder. If it is not, move it there. Then download the updates that can be found on the page https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201541.
