Recently installed Dymo Stamps software crashed upon opening

Hello,

I recently installed the Dymo Stamps software. However,  the software crashes when I try to open it.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Hi there,

Maybe your installation process is not successful or you have encountered a problem during the installation.

If not, the DYMO Stamps software is not compatible with your device.  DYMO Stamps works with the Twin Turbo, Duo label printers and the LabelWriter 400 Turbo. If you have an older version, you have to upgrade it.
