Regarding this matter I would like to suggest that you have to download the latest version that is compatible to your computer operating system because compatibility reason is very important when downloading and installing a software. The latest version of the antivirus would probably solve your concern.

I have also faces the same problem last week. This error is occurred because this key is used by too many user of Kaspersky.
I suggest you can try the any other key. Your problem may be resolve.
