Hi guys,

I am getting the error "Reason: 554 mail server permanently rejected message" every time I send email through Outlook.

I'm not sure what went wrong. Please help me fix it.

The problem is with the format of data that you are sending via outlook to the mail program.

1.       Such thing occurs when the entire scenario is done to help the jobs right.

2.       The format with which the mail is being sent is not configured to the mail server. See their forums.

3.       The entire protocol is not suitable for usage. The Outlook cannot get the reply from the server correctly.

4.       The Acknowledgement is not received correctly that may cause problems. Perhaps the NET speed is slow.

5.       Use a well defines mail server like Gmail and try to check the Outlook settings.
