Hi, I’m decided to buy a Microsoft Surface 2 after watching official launch of Microsoft Surface 2 tablets. But later on decided to wait and found there are two bugs. I like to know the complete list of pros and cons of it.
The Microsoft Surface 2 tablet doesn’t support cellular connection and will not work on any GSM network. It was announced to the public on September 2013 and released on October 2013 measuring 274.6 x 172.5 x 8.9 millimeters and weighing 675.9 grams with built-in 2-stage kickstand. It has TFT capacitive touchscreen display with 16M colors at 1920 x 1080 pixels screen resolution.
It supports multi-touch up to five fingers featuring ClearType HD display. It runs on Microsoft Windows RT powered by NVIDIA Tegra 4 T40 chipset, 1.7 GHz Quad-Core Cortex-A15 processor, and ULP GeForce (72 cores) GPU. It supports microSD expandable up to 64 GB. It runs on 2 GB RAM with internal storage available in 32 GB and 64 GB capacities.
The primary camera supports 5 megapixels with LED flash and autofocus featuring geo-tagging. It supports 1080p video recording at 30 fps. The secondary camera supports 3.5 megapixels and supports 1080p video recording at 30 fps. It has 3.5-millimeter jack featuring active noise cancellation with dedicated mic support, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n with dual-band and Wi-Fi Direct support, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP support, and USB 3.0 with USB Host support.
It doesn’t have GPS and FM radio. It has built-in accelerometer, gyro, and compass sensors. The pre-installed web browser supports HTML5. It doesn’t support Java. It runs on non-removable Li-Ion battery and available in Dark Titanium color.
