Hi,

Install windows XP again and then try to open them. Install a full version of windows XP. Do not install theme version or any editing version. Give time for windows to detect all drives.

At the time of installation make sure all drive partitions are safe just like before. Do not changes drive letter or partition size at this time. Then only format C drive or that drive you are using for windows installation before.

If it is not working then install updated antivirus from other source after windows installation. Then scan full computer and delete all viruses.

Other option is Go to control panel click on administrative tools then services then find “Shell Hardware Detection” and click on STOP. Then restart computer and try to open drives with explore command.

Dude, it's a joke.

Did you even bother to Google the error message?
