Problems with sage businessvision Mac edition

Hi there,

I recently changed my router since the old one got fried and had to change to a new one. The problem is the sage business vision mac edition I am unable to send emails, which I was able to do with the old router, but I am able to perfectly receive any and every emails. Is this problem caused by a router incompatibility of some sort?

Hello Cunningham Bradley,

If you receive perfectly every emails then it is sure that  there is no problem with your new router. But it can be possible that problem may be occur in router installation settings.So make sure that there is no problem in the installation of router.
