wanted to download a track but unable to do it. I also checked the upload, it’s also not streaming. The problem is shown in the screenshot. I checked my connection, there’s nothing wrong with it, but I still get this error:

An unknown error occurred (-2114).  I would appreciate your help with this one.

Error:

There was a problem downloading "You Can't Always Get What You Want / Hot Rocks1964-1971 / The Rolling Stones".

An unknown error occurred (-2114).

Please check that the connection to the network is active and try again.

If this is the first time that this happens, try restarting your computer then try it again. Restart downloading the track with iTunes and then see what happens. If it’s still the same there is probably something wrong with the iTunes application installed on your computer. Try doing another clean installation on the software. Before uninstalling the application, make sure you still have its installer. If not you can download the latest version, iTunes 10.7, from Apple | iTunes | Download iTunes.

Uninstall iTunes then restart your machine when asked. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostic test on your computer, use disk utility applications like PC Tools Performance Toolkit, or Norton Utilities. Install iTunes again then see if this fixes the problem. Since you are using a Mac computer, this version supports Mac OS X 10.6.8 and later.
