I am having a serious problem using the asus o link software. It is asking for SSID. Don't know what it is and where to find it. Please give me proper instructions to use the asus o link software.

Hi James,

SSID stands for service set identifier. You have to set the SSID to match the SSID of your wireless network.

1. Firstly, fin the SSID of the wireless network that you are using.

2. Most of the time the SSID is hidden as a security measure. So unhide it and note it down on a piece of paper.

3. Now hide it back and go to your Asus O link software.

4. When you are asked to provide the SSID type the ID that you have noted down.

Now i think your problem will be solved.
