Problem with Printer Configuration ?

Good day! What is wrong with this?

The printers where there but the service stopped. What should I do?

Thinking that this would fix itself, I tried to restart my PC but no luck. I have tried turning off the printer and started it too.

I could use it for a while, but later this happens again. It slows my work down having to do it again.

Hello Jody,

Your printer spooler stop working, you should start the services to that the printer will work. here's the steps.

Start > run > type: msconfig there should be an interface named: "System Configuration" coming out. if not, your operating system is in bad shape.

In the window, locate for the "Services" tab and click disable all and enable again.

Dear Jody Akerly,

Follow these steps:

  1. Choose Start, Devices and Printers.
  2. Select the Add a Printer button on the toolbar near the top.
  3. In the next window, select how you will connect to your printer. If you are trying to connect your printer directly to your PC with a cord, click Add a local printer.
  4. Use an existing port, and click Next.
  5. Choose your printer manufacturer from the list on the left, then the model number from the right list, and then click Next.
  6. Complete the steps to finalize the installation.

Best regard,
