Hi,

Most likely, this is a Flash Player issue. To solve this, you have to go to a new tab of Google Chrome and type in Chrome:plugins (no spaces please) and hit Enter. This is what you should see (image below):

Chrome:plugins-Shockwave Flash is enabled

Basically, you need to make sure that the Shockwave Flash is enabled. I showed through the image arrows how an enabled & a disabled plugin should look like. If the Shockwave Flash is disabled, you have to simply enable it.

Then close the tab, it should work fine now.

I don’t agree that it’s an error in the Shockwave plug-in. I also use Google Chrome before until I shifted to Maxthon but during those times I never experienced any issue with Shockwave. Shockwave is not a required plug-in for any web browser and any browser can work without it. A fresh installation of the Mozilla Firefox can automatically browse any website without Shockwave.

You only receive the “plug-in is unresponsive” error on your browser on unstable plug-ins. Open your browser’s plug-in page and then disable all installed plug-ins including the Adobe Flash Player. Restart your browser and then try again. If you don’t see the error, enable each plug-in one at a time restarting the browser each time a plug-in is enabled.

This way you can verify which plug-in really causes the error. If a plug-in is disabled, it is normally done by the browser due to incompatibility. Remove disabled plug-ins or update them to re-enable them back. If you need to update your current Shockwave version, download Shockwave Player 12.1.3.153.
