Problem with my monitor displays nothing on the screen

Hello Everyone!

Hope you can help me. I have a problem with my pc, when I push the button to start it, the central unit starts but the screen shows nothing. Also, the most thing that made me feel chocked is that the pc make a continuous strange sound that seems to the sound when w have a message error but it begins and doesn't stop until I shutdown the pc using the push button. Please help, it's urgent.

Hi,
 
It seems your having a problem with your display. That would be in the part of VideoCard. If your Video Cards are externals or not built in. Try to replace it and 90% it will work. If there are no external Video Cards available, you don't have another choice but to replace your old Motherboard.

If you suspected RAM problems, try to remove your RAM clean the Board and Chip and place it again in Motherboard and check.
 
  
The strange sounds you are talking about is the beep. The beep is the sound coming from motherboard telling you to shut off your computer due to hardware conflict inside. 
 
There is no other strange sound that i experience aside than beeps simultaneously.
