Hello Tech experts,

I got a problem with Microsoft Word installation in the computer. When I try to open a new form, I ended up with an error message. The error says Word cannot open a new form. The form contains schema validation errors. How do I solve this error? Do I need to change any settings? Please help. Thanks.

"Schema validation" error you're receiving when you try to "Open new task" appears because of the corrupt Task list templates. The exact cause of it are HTML tags in either the Task comments or the message body. To fix this problem, make sure all text is incorporated into the task as plain text, not as a string or rich text.
