A problem with live meeting recording compress. I recorded a live meeting with my business partners and saved the files on my computer with an operating system of windows xp. When I tried to compress or reduced the file there is an error occurred saying unable to compress file. What should I do? Give me some troubleshooting solution. Thank you.

Which compression software are you using? It may be the one that is resulting into the issues that you are getting. I will recommend that you use WinRAR which happens to be the best compression software. You can get a trial version of it for free online, or you can just purchase a full version.
