Problem Installing Label Factory on Windows 7 Computer

I have been so desperate in finding a solution regarding my issue with installing Label Factory Deluxe 3.0 on my computer. There’s always an error message when I try to install the program. This is the error message: "Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:Documents and SettingsAll Users. The installation cannot continue. Log on as an administrator or contact your system administrator." I contacted the company’s support where I purchased the software and told me that the problem could be with the installed disks. It could be corrupted so they gave me a new one. Still I have the error message.

I tried to access C:Documents and SettingsAll Users and logged in with administrator privileges but get this error instead "Access is denied." I really need to install on my computer as soon as possible. So please help me. Anyway, I run my computer on Windows 7 Home Premium. Thanks.

Hi Peng Hardin,

It seems you have an user account problem. Your user account does not have that access to install it on that directory. Now you need to logged on as an Administrator and try to install It. To logged on as Administrator you need to follow these steps :

Step One : Go to Start Menu.

Step Two : Under ALL PROGRAMS, Go to ACCESSORIES

Step Three :  ACCESSORIES >> Right click on COMMAND PROMPT

Step Four : Click RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

Step Five : Insert command " net user administrator /active:yes

Step Six : Press ENTER

Step Seven : Log Off and you can see internal Administrative account, Log in as ADMINISTRATOR and install your Apps.
