Please have a look at the screenshot given below. It says “esa.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience”.

The instruction at 0x005040fb referenced memory at 0x00faa010. The memory could not be written.

Click on OK to terminate the program.

Click on Cancel to debug the program.

I am not acquainted with this message. Have you any idea about this Microsoft Application Error?

Please help me to fix it.

Hi Raegannkelly,

It seems to be that you have installed Etherscan Analyzer on your machine. It is an advanced network sniffer and protocol analyzer for Windows. First of all please check the version that you are using is compatible with your Operating System.  You can get details of the software form here :

Sometimes the applications accessing to the internet fail to response while drop the connection or at low internet speed. In such situations the application will exit unexpectedly. So please check the Internet connection also.  After that you have consider about your firewall settings and the antivirus software. Please disable the firewall and antivirus software and run the program. You will be able to run it without any trouble.
