Hi,

A problem with acer mouse bluetooth drivers. I was told by the company team leader to buy some mouse for the laptop which is cordless and can perform using Bluetooth software. I bought five and I installed those drivers when suddenly it crashes when the installation bar reaches half. What would be the possible problem? The acer laptop has an operating system of windows xp.

Regards,

Martha Nelson.

Hi Martha,

I have read and understand your problem. And i'd be glad to help you find a solution. Try running the driver setup as administrator and see if it works. If it doesnt. What version of xp do you use?32 or 64? Try visiting the manufacturers website and download the compatible drivers for your mouse. Goodluck!

Hi,

I would be happy to help.

First, try to check the following: driver or motherboard-need up to date and software compatibility. Once passed the requirements: uninstall mouse software (programs and features- Start>control panel>go to programs and features) also, uninstall it in device manager. Reinstall and then restart. Hope this help.

 Good luck.
