Since that error has something to do with a third-party application, try restarting your computer and see if the error appears again. That could only be a glitch during startup because Symantec products normally starts with Windows and encountering sudden errors is inevitable. If this did not work, check your computer if you have another antivirus or internet security program aside from the Symantec application.

A computer should only have one antivirus or internet security program. Since an internet security program also includes an antivirus, it is also considered an antivirus not just an internet security application. If you have more than one antivirus, you should uninstall the others. There should only be one antivirus running on a computer. If this did not work, try to uninstall and then reinstall the Symantec product.

This should fix the problem if there is a corrupt file in the program. Also, check if your computer meets the requirements of the Symantec product. Check the system requirements of the Symantec product and make sure your operating system is supported.
