Hi guys. I just installed the Prime Number Checker/Calculator prime number software on my desktop. I launch the program and all I see is a black screen. What could be the problem? My desktop is on Windows 7 64 bit. Thanks in advance.

    Black screen on the software can be caused by conflict with windows component or a damaged installation. Here are the things you can try:
Repair the software installation through the Control Panel.
Reregister MSXML on the computer. Follow link for detailed instruction on registering MSXML. Make sure that you do this with Administrator access.
Repair .Net on the computer to see if it is running without problems, if you would also notice the same problem with other software then it must be the .Net that is causing the problem.
If all else fails, reinstall the software and make sure you get the full package installer.
