How do you get rid of this message that pops up on your computer screen with almost every mouse click; “Document has encountered a problem and needs to close.” Can I send this problem in Microsoft? I am running Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2. Please send me some help and suggestions. Thanks.
Where are you getting the error message? Is it any mouse click on a certain application? If it is, may I know what application it is? If not, can you advise if you have installed any new application or hardware prior to the problem occurring? Try to back up your data files as it may be helpful if you do a system restore on your computer. To do system restore, login via Safemode > click on Start > Click on Programs > Click on Accessories > Click on System Tools > Click on System Restore > Choose a date prior to when the issue started > Restart the computer.
