I bought philips SAA7130 TV pci card on ebay but it was only a card without cd and I need driver for pci card but when i start my computer it says new hardware found but i don't have driver. Could anyone tell me where can download the driver for free?

You can download the drivers from the below site. They allow you to download latest drivers for free.

* You can also download the original drivers for your TV tuner from the Philips official site. They provide you malware free original software. If you are using WIN 7 your drivers should automatically updated and installed. But if you are using any other OS you can visit either site of the above mention sites and download it free.
* Install those drivers as you usually install them to your PC and restart the PC. Then it should work if it is installed correctly. Download the correct drivers for your OS or it won't work.
