Hello All,

I have Groove software application installed on my Windows Vista machine. The installation went on fine, without any error message. Now when I try to login into the account, I am getting an error message.

I don’t know what the issue with the account credentials is. Can anyone help me with the error message?

Hi,

The below error occurred because of groove files. Please follow the procedures:

Kindly re-install your Groove software and clean-up your old queues.

You may use a tool to cleanup your Groove software. However, use it at your own risk and make sure to backup all your Groove files, before doing this procedure.
