Paper Soft Installation Error issue

I have a Visioneer Flatbed scanner that comes with the software application Paper soft.

I got an updated version no. 11 of the same software from the internet. I installed it but that contains a virus or some malicious software. So my antivirus every time deletes some file from the installation folder. I even installed it ,but that was unable to function properly.

Then I decided to go back to the version provided in the scanner cd which is version 9. But every time I try to install it, following error appeared.

Paper Port

Internal Error 2723.NewProductFound



The Paper Port installer doesn’t respond.

Please restart your PC and then ensure all active applications are closed-then reinstall MFL-Pro Suite.


I do try reinstallation and removal of version 11 and then installation, but the same error appears again and again.

Please help.

Paper Soft Installation Error issue



Ok dear, 

This problem occurs when there is already an installed version of the software you install another on that as you do in your case now what is the solution, Just first uninstall the drivers you installed earlier fully and then you can install now ones. 

 How it will be 

Go to your Drivers details and see what drivers you install see the directories where these files are located and remove them completely the details of the drivers are located inside the device manager, I Hope you know that. After you finish this then re install your drivers and you will see that your problem is finished. 

Secondly you can install a new windows version to solve it also.

You can also get a full updated driver to install for that device also. I have get to picture to show you the driver’s details may you in trust to see it:
