Panda Antivirus 2013 error opening the program due to missing dll files

Hello,

When I want to open Panda Antivirus Pro 2013 this error appeared because of a missing DLL file. I don’t know where to copy this DLL file because I find some files on the Internet. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ?

First, you must be sure that use an original installation file from Panda, this could be causing the issue.
 
Also, try to reinstall it logged in as the administrator, this error is related also when you don't have administrator rights to perform the installation.
 
Also, if you have never performed a complete installation of windows, and had any problem in the past with viruses, spyware or crashes, maybe you have a lot of broken chains and errors in the registry and its files. It would be a good idea to perform a clean installation of Windows and all of your programs. Remember to do a backup first.
