Overheating issue with the LG nexus 4- software required

Dear all,

I just bought a nexus 4. In initial stages, the phone was working just fine. Now I am experience some issues in terms of overheating. I always try to close all apps completely when I finish to use it, but there seems to persist in the background. How can I treat the overheating problem? Is it software related or are there any hardware issues as well?

Hi, Douglas!

I don't have any idea why the phone start overheating, if you close apps after use. I think there might be other reasons which you can't predict. I think the best is to format the phone and factory reset it. It may help you in this case.
