For web access to my mail I use Outlook Web App and I never had problems with it. I have enabled archive when it’s necessary. Everything was fine. Yesterday when I wanted to access to online Archive box error message appears. How can I fix it?
Your archive appears to be unavailable. Try to access it again in 10 seconds. If you see this error again, contact your help desk.

As a resolution to the problem that you are experiencing, you will need to make sure that the following has been done:
You will need to make sure that the target mailbox that you are trying to use has been logged into at least once.
You will also need to make sure that at least one piece of mail has been delivered to the target mailbox.
Another thing you will need to observe is if there full access permissions to the target mailbox have been granted to your administrator or any other user that needs it. After you have done that you can then start a remote power shell session and use the command using the procedure below:
Go to Add-Mailbox Permission <target mailbox address>, and then choose user <address of user to be granted rights> and thereafter you will choose Access Rights Full Access.
