Oracle Grid Infrastructure [INS-20802] Oracle Cluster Verification Utility failed.

Hi guys,

I installed Oracle Grid Infrastructure 11.2.0.2 and configured it. I received an error message while creating Oracle Solaris Zone cluster resource for Real Application Clusters (RAC) of Oracle Database.

Have a look at the screenshot below.

It is showing that Oracle Cluster Verification Utility has failed.

Have you any idea for the error message?

Please help.

This kind of error happens mostly when you are running an installation of Oracle Grid Infrastructure and you use the Uninstallation tool to remove the failed installation without running the rootcrs.pl -deconfig command.
 
To solve this problem, take these steps(a) run the rootcrs.pl -deconfig command manually after using the U​ninstallation tool. (b) install Oracle Grid Infrastructure again.
