Yes there are few apps for your requirement. And all of them are officially listed on Mac App Store for your Mac or via iTunes.
An example of this is "Black Magic Disk Speed Test", you can download this from here iTunes Website.
This is a freeware so no need to pay for this, very easy to use and it really does what it says.
