In the case of iTunes, whenever I went on with searching for any update of the said software, I am getting this following message.

An error has occurred The operation could not be completed. NSURLErrorDomain error - 1100

An error has occurred

The operation couldn’t be completed.

(NSURLErrorDomain error – 1100)

Can you tell me what I should do now to solve this problem?

Hi Jefrey,
 
I am assuming that you're trying to get your hands on the new iTunes update. A lot of people are. It should clear up soon and we can download iTunes 7.0.
 
Or try adding the DNS Servers: 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
 
Open System Preferences > Network > (Select your means of connecting to the network) > Advanced > DNS
Click the +
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
 
Now download the iTunes Updates.
