Not Fetching RID Pool Within RID Master

Hello

I have a problem with RID. It is not fetching RID pool within the RID master, after the environment is exhausted its RID pool. When I have done the RID manager test and replication test, result was positive. But it is no use. When I tried to invalidate the RID pool it says to me that it is already invalidated. Even after I have created a user object to trigger RID pool request within the RID master, the result was same. If anybody knows this problem, please help me to get out of this problem.

Hallo Caspian,

You will need to be sure about that because from the statement above it seems like the RID has been validated, and therefore it needs to be able to fetch the RID pool within the RID master without any issue. If the error persists you might want to retry the validation process just in case you might have missed an important step.
