Hello,

I am just trying to connect my Canon_dc device but failed to mount and get the following error message showing ‘Not authorized to perform the operation. How can I fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would be grateful to you. Thanks in advance.

A possible course of action that you could take is probably to sign out of your operating system once you completed this first step turn back on your computer once you have done this you must sign in as the administrator or visit the help and support icon in your start menu and search it for a possible solution. If this measure's fail not to give you but keep on trying till you get an answer.
